I’m an honest and positive professional whose first priority is always the interests of my clients; providing capability, and adaptability. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on leading game-changing enterprise level programs, building long-lasting strategies, and overcoming complex obstacles.

Initial product requirements, design, implementation and on-going management of IHG’s modern Central Reservation System (CRS)

Design and implementation of an above property, single image inventory Property Management System (PMS)

On-going management of global Payment solutions

Product management of hotel user interface product, which provides secure access to many platforms including the CRS, Front Desk, Revenue Management and Hotel Content Manager

Channel Manager platform for distribution of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and On-Line Travel Agencies (OTA) inventory, reservations, pricing, content and distribution
Held many roles of increasing responsibility with IHG, American Airlines, Sabre/Travelocity and Travelport leading Product Management, Distribution and Sales organizations focused across hospitality, airline reservation and hosting products, along with car rental and railway distribution.
